Former Vice President Al Gore slammed the National Security Agency tactics revealed by Edward Snowden as “outrageous” and “completely unacceptable” at a speaking event in Canada.

I sometimes like to close my eyes and imagine the country we could be living in right now if the Supreme Court had not stolen the 2000 election away Bush.


Ah, well. Who wants to live in a democracy anyway? It’s gotten to the point that buying elections is just so damned expensive that only the rich can afford their own representation.


Can anyone recommend recruiters who specialize in placing and relocating frustrated Americans to countries with universal healthcare, government-funded retirement, and 6 weeks of paid vacation?
