I don’t know how it is that some people aren’t disturbed by what we’re doing to this planet. Even more incomprehensible to me is how some people actually rise in defense of what we and what industry are doing as if it somehow didn’t matter or didn’t really have such terrible short- and long-term impacts.
Most disturbing of all is how some seem to defend and absolve our pillaging of the Earth and everything in it and on it as actually our right to "have dominion over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
