Headlines can be so misleading. Come in off the ledge.

There’s no "deal reached." The only "deal" is Wyden’s sellout in the Senate Finance Committee, along with the invitation to let Ayn Ryan sit in.

There’s a long way to go yet on Fast Track. It should make for good political theater, and it’s bound to only get better as soon as conservatives and armchair Republicans start paying attention. just wait until they figure out the the GOP in the House and Senate are jumping into bed with the president. It would really frost their asses if they actually paid attention to what is already known about the TPP.

At any rate, according to GovTrack, S.995 has only a 35% chance of even getting past committee.
